RETURN & Refund POLICY

Not satisfied with your order? Our store allows online returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, exchange of an equal value item, or store credit. However, items returned after the 30-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Returned items should be in undamaged and clean condition.

To initiate a return, you can email us at chors@golfclubweight.com with your order number and the subject "Return". We will assist you in processing your return and provide a shipping label for the item you purchased. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Simply repackage your item and drop it off at the post office.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, you can expect to receive your refund within 3-5 business days via your original payment method.
